I am currently a fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Ph.D. candidate in the Politics Department at Princeton University. My core research interests are in bankruptcy and corporate theory. In addition, I have published work on the role of the federal courts in the U.S. system of separation of powers. Some of my recent articles have appeared in the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, Notre Dame Law Review, Vanderbilt Law Review, and Michigan Law Review. Previously, I earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where I was a co-founder and editor-in-chief of the Harvard Business Law Review.
