I am an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Utah and the Chief Operating Officer of Lexria. My core research interests are in bankruptcy and consumer protection, with a specific focus on student loan debt. In addition, I have published work on the federal courts. Some of my recent articles have appeared in the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, Duke Law Journal, Notre Dame Law Review, Vanderbilt Law Review, and Michigan Law Review. Previously, I earned a Ph.D. in Politics from Princeton University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where I was a co-founder and editor-in-chief of the Harvard Business Law Review.
